Refund policy

You can cancel an order for goods up to 14 days after you receive it, for any reason. Email info@penderyn.wales with your order number, then return the goods unopened, in their original packaging and in saleable condition within 14 days of telling us. You pay return postage unless the goods are faulty. We refund the price and standard delivery within 14 days of receiving the goods back.

This does not apply to opened products or broken seals, personalised or engraved items, or redeemed gift cards.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods: tell us within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund including delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, accept it, sign as "damaged" and contact us within 3 days.

Tour and masterclass bookings: change or cancel up to 48 hours before the tour for a full refund by contacting the distillery you booked with; after that no refund is due. If we cancel, you can choose another date or a full refund.
