A 50% ABV single malt finished in ex-tawny port casks, built to be as generous as the membership it unlocks. Candied orange, caramel and honey opening into stewed plum and Christmas-pudding warmth, with a long, spiced, toffee-nut finish.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Candied orange with caramel and honey. Stewed plums, raisins and sultanas. Fine dark chocolate combined with baking spices provide a lovely depth and structure.

Palate: A thick, syrup-like feel, with spiced red fruits, vanilla custard and wild strawberries. Smooth tannins, dried figs, dates and a lovely likeness to Christmas pudding.

Finish: Warming notes of toffee and nuts. Hints of Victoria sponge cake fade into an oaky, peppery spice. Membership is not obligatory, but by joining the Penderyn Club, you can access the Club member benefits. We look forward to welcoming you to the Penderyn Club!.
